As a qualified teacher, our founder was at the point of applying for their next teaching position when they encountered the repetitive process of applying for school vacancies on individualised, often poorly formatted, application forms. The process, he was to find, was the very reason many of his colleagues simply gave up or preferred the 'agency route', inevitably costing schools thousands in finder's fees.
