While enabling organisations to optimise their technology, our comprehensive cybersecurity solutions ensure clients consistently stay compliant whilst meeting and exceeding digital and technological standards.

L.E.A.D. IT Services began as Noel-Baker IT Services, founded by a small team of skilled IT Technicians and Noel-Baker alumni who set out to improve how technology supported teaching, learning and the wider community. They built the school’s entire network infrastructure while delivering high-quality IT support, which soon attracted interest from other schools and academies. As Noel-Baker joined the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, the team - led by Lee Jepson - expanded to provide managed IT services across the Trust.
Over the past 15+ years, L.E.A.D. IT has grown to support more than 250 schools and a wide range of businesses across England, recently moving into our own Pride Park office to support continued expansion.

Our services cover the implementation of trusted hardware, software and networking solutions - from servers and desktops to telephony, fast secure internet, and managed security.
