Biography

Paul Evry is Chief Financial Officer of Mosaic Partnership Trust, where he leads strategic financial planning, operational oversight, and infrastructure development to support long-term educational impact. His leadership spans finance, HR, estates, ICT, and wider non-teaching functions, ensuring that resources are aligned with the Trust’s values and growth ambitions. Paul plays a pivotal role in shaping sustainable business models that enable schools to thrive, while embedding principles of equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across operational practice.

As a Lead Practitioner for ISBL’s Opex for Education, Paul contributes to sector-wide best practice in operational leadership, helping to define resilient, future-focused frameworks for education business management. He works closely with executive teams to ensure coherence between strategic intent and day-to-day delivery, and is recognised for his ability to drive efficiency without compromising educational quality. His expertise lies in building high-performing teams, aligning systems with vision, and enabling trusts to deliver on both financial and educational goals.
