Biography
I am an experienced education leader with a strong track record in school improvement and leadership development. Currently, I serve as Executive Headteacher in Peterborough, where my focus is on raising standards, supporting staff, and ensuring that every child has access to an excellent education. I am proud that all Spirit schools are ranked in the top 2% nationally for end of Key Stage 2 results, and that Winyates School is judged Outstanding in all areas.

Alongside my headship, I work as a Leadership Consultant with the Tower Hamlets Education Partnership, supporting senior leaders to drive sustainable improvement in a wide range of contexts. I am also a Leadership Facilitator with PiXL, helping to design and deliver leadership programmes that build capacity, resilience, and innovation within schools.

In my role as a School Improvement Advisor, I partner with schools and governing bodies to evaluate performance, strengthen leadership structures, and secure positive outcomes for pupils.
I am passionate about ensuring every child is encouraged to dream big, and about creating schools that inspire children to believe in themselves and chase those dreams.
