Lauren Wilson is Head of Brand Strategy and Partnerships at Thinking Schools Academy Trust, where she leads the Trust’s strategic communications across 26 schools and commercial services. Her work spans internal engagement and external collaboration, shaping campaigns and initiatives that align with the Trust’s mission and values. Lauren has delivered high-profile projects including rebranding programmes, large-scale events, and crisis communications, consistently driving impact through creative problem-solving and strategic clarity.

With a reputation for adaptability and results-driven leadership, Lauren works closely with national organisations such as CST to share best practice and strengthen sector-wide communications. She also brings experience from freelance work supporting small businesses and universities, adding breadth to her understanding of audience engagement. Her expertise lies in brand development, stakeholder alignment, and building high-performing teams that deliver meaningful, values-led outcomes. Lauren is known for her ability to turn challenges into opportunities and craft messaging that resonates across diverse contexts.
