Why have I joined nEdEx?
I’ve joined the nEdEx advisory board because I believe in its bold, optimistic vision for education leadership. In a sector that can feel isolated or reactive, nEdEx offers a rare space for curiosity, collaboration, and challenge. As a trust leader, I’m drawn to its commitment to big ideas grounded in real-world practice—and I want to help shape a network that remains inclusive, relevant, and unapologetically ambitious. This is about contributing to a wider mission: reimagining leadership through shared learning, courageous thinking, and sector-wide improvement.
