Biography
As a CEO, I provide overarching strategic leadership for IPAT Multi Academy Trust, encompassing nine primary schools.
Responsibilities included shaping the Trust’s vision and values, leading on staffing matters, overseeing curriculum development, managing finance and procurement, improving performance and acting as the Trust’s accounting officer.
I also work as an educational consultant, primarily supporting underperforming schools and Multi Academy Trusts and as Education advisor to Engaging education.
My role with Engaging Education also is to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation, enabling it to continually anticipate and fulfil the evolving needs of its clients. My responsibilities also encompass supporting the organisation's growth and its pursuit of emerging opportunities within the education sector.
Additionally, I collaborate closely with Multi Academy Trusts through my work with EE Advisory, guiding the strategic direction of Trusts by offering sector expertise, forward-thinking perspectives, and proactive strategic insight.

I have had the privilege of serving on advisory boards previously where I have witnessed first-hand the remarkable impact that effective collaboration can have and the tremendous potential of the organisation.
The start of this journey for nEdEx is an exciting development, and I have strong confidence in nEdEx’s vision to become a leading network for educational excellence. I am eager to play an active role in this next chapter, supporting the organisation’s growth and success within the education sector.
